To become an instructor, one must follow a specific path, achieve inner maturity, and wait for that very moment when one’s own development as a trainer and facilitator naturally begins to unfold.
Therefore, this program cannot simply be “purchased” like a commodity.
Very often, the ego gives rise to the desire to do things “as quickly as possible”: some rush for commercial reasons—to start earning money as soon as possible—while others do so for the sake of status or power. But entering this space is possible only through a different path.
Haste has no place here. From the ego, we may rush and consider ourselves ready, but in reality, becoming a teacher requires depth, honesty, and inner maturation. Therefore, participation in the program will involve a selection process that takes into account maturity, motivation, and a willingness to delve even deeper into the practice.
A teacher is not just a “course + certificate,” but first and foremost a lived path, an inner transformation, and the choices made along that path. Materials, manuals, and theory are merely a foundation.
But a true teacher is born when a person has lived the practice, let it pass through them, gone through their own depths, changed themselves, and can now guide others. And that is when a teacher is born.
You could put it this way:
Materials → help us understand intellectually.
Practice and the path → provide physical and spiritual knowledge.
Inner transformation → makes a person a teacher.
In this trainer training program, you don’t just receive ready-made materials.
This program is designed to help each participant discover and express their own uniqueness.
We work in two areas:
- Foundation: You’ll master the school’s proven teaching materials, approaches, and the experience accumulated by the Innerdance Community and Sound Amrita.
- Individuality: Together, we’ll bring out your personal strengths, experience, and style. Then we’ll integrate these into the training program so that it truly becomes your own.
During the training, you will:
gain a foundation—structured knowledge and practices; work with the instructor to refine and tailor the materials to your needs; create your own program that reflects your journey, your depth, and what you are ready to share.
As a result, each graduate will have not only the school’s foundation but also their own unique program, which
they can pass on to others.
Upon completion, you will assemble your first group of students and conduct a facilitator training session
in your city. The program includes live online sessions, video materials, and specific practical homework assignments.
To apply for the trainer program, you must have completed the following prerequisites:
- The Sound Amrita (SA) facilitator training + at least 2 years of active practical facilitation experience—this is the first foundation without which it is impossible to move forward.
- The online PI Intensive, Waves 1 and 2, 2025 (PI)—this is the second foundational block, completion of which is a mandatory requirement for further development as an Innerdance trainer.
- If you have completed these stages (SA and PI) → you may apply.
- If you do not yet have PI but are ready for the trainer program, you can purchase the intensive separately and complete it as preparation.
Upon completion, you become fully independent in your practice: you determine the format and cost of your own workshops, pay no commission to the school or community, and are free to shape your own professional path.
At the same time, you are not left on your own. You join the Innerdance community of trainers, where you can receive support, discuss professional issues, and stay connected with the school. As the program evolves, you also gain access to program updates, new materials, and educational resources that help you grow and stay up to date with the latest developments.
In this way, the program gives you both freedom of action and a reliable foundation—a space where you can develop at your own pace while staying connected to the community and the school’s ongoing process.
Upon completing the Innerdance trainer training program, you become completely independent of the school.
— You do not pay a percentage of your training fees to the school or the community.
— You do not pay for certification and handle it independently.
If you feel you need assistance with certifying your students, Sound Amrita School can provide additional support upon individual request.
In this case, the cost of certification on behalf of the school is $50 per person.
No additional fees apply when you issue certificates independently.
Thus, you are financially completely independent from the school and the community.
You will have access to the school’s ready-to-use materials, which have been developed and refined over the course of eight years.
You are authorized to distribute these materials to your students and use them for commercial purposes within the scope of your educational programs.
After completing the program, you will be added to a dedicated chat group for Innerdance trainers.
As updates to the programs are released, new materials are developed, and educational resources in the field of Innerdance are prepared, you will have access to them.
In this same space, we regularly communicate and discuss issues that arise during the coaching and training process.
This way, you stay connected with the school and the community, can receive support when needed, and use the updated materials in your teaching.
Setting Training Prices
At INNNRDANCE, there is no single fixed price for training sessions.
Each trainer sets the price for their own programs based on:
region and city;
costs for space, materials, and organization;
format (online/in-person);
personal preferences;
The school may offer recommendations, but the final decision rests with the trainer.
Maria is an official trainer and facilitator at the Innerdance School, a direct student of the method’s founder, Pi Villarazza (Philippines), with personal authorization to pass on this knowledge.
Maria has founded two vibrant spaces—the
“Sound Amrita” studios in Moscow and Bali, where she not only practices and teaches but also fosters an active community.
For many years, she has been guiding people through Innerdance’s transformative processes, conducting sessions and training workshops around the world, including in Europe, Asia, and Russia. She regularly participates in major yoga festivals in Russia and China, where she shares and promotes knowledge about the Innerdance practice. Thousands of people have experienced her facilitation, touching upon the depth and transformative power of this method.
For over eight years, Maria has been closely involved with the international Innerdance community, participating in the translation and adaptation of materials from English into Russian, deepening and passing on knowledge received directly from the source, ensuring its relevance, and regularly tracking all updates.

1. FILLING OUT THE PRELIMINARY QUESTIONNAIREYou fill out a preliminary form, and we review it. - 2. LIVE ONLINE MEETING / INTERVIEWWithin two weeks, we’ll send you a preliminary response based on the questionnaire you previously filled out, and we’ll invite you to a live online meeting. At that point, we’ll move on to the live communication phase.
- 3. FINAL DECISIONAfter our in-person meeting, you will receive a final response from us, and you will then make your own decision and confirm your intention to participate in the program.
- 4. PAYMENT FOR THE TRAININGNext, you will pay for the training program.
- 5. START OF THE TRAINING PROGRAMWe are starting the training process.
The average duration of the program can range from 3 to 6 months, depending on your individual pace and that of the group. - 6. TRAINING FORMATMost of the program takes place online via Zoom.
Required component:- Live online sessions via Zoom, plus independent study of the materials and pair work.
- Optional component (if possible): attending one of the live Sound Amrita trainings as an assistant. This is not required, but it is highly beneficial for deepening your experience and understanding of the process in a live setting.
- 7. FIRST TRAINING SESSIONUpon completion of the Innerdance School’s trainer training program, you will independently lead your first facilitator training session.
The cost of the trainer training program:
-in group - $2,500
-individual - $5,500 (in your dates)

Payment for the training does not guarantee automatic certification as a trainer.
The trainer training program requires attentiveness, perseverance, regular study of the materials, critical analysis, and a significant amount of personal, individual work. This is a serious educational process, not a mere formality.
By registering for the program, you confirm that you understand the scope and intensity of the work ahead and are prepared to take responsibility for it.
In the event of systematic failure to complete homework assignments, inappropriate behavior within the group, or the display of qualities inconsistent with the role of a trainer, the organizer reserves the right to expel the student from the trainer training program without a refund.
